Admiralty Recruitment Agency Office Shortlist: Address Check Guide

This guide turns eight public Admiralty or Queensway address fields into an office-visit checklist. Each profile link records a directory name, category, and address as shown on 22 July 2026. The table assigns no score and makes no service claim.

Use the Central and Western District directory for the wider area. Check a proposed agency in the Labour Department search before signing an agreement or sending candidate documents. The licence-check guide explains that step in more detail.

Define the address-only boundary

The Labour Department search includes Admiralty/Queensway under Location and Office Staff / Executive Search under Placement Type. It also accepts English and Chinese business names and addresses. Those fields give the reader a repeatable local search without a distance estimate.

For this shortlist, a profile qualifies when its displayed address contains Admiralty or Queensway. A building name creates the grouping below. It does not establish walking distance, office access, appointment availability, service scope, or licence status; check the latter in the Labour Department record.

MTR publishes an Admiralty station location map and station layout. Use the current map and the agency’s own instructions when planning a visit.

Current profiles grouped by building

The table preserves the profile name, directory category, and address wording available on 22 July 2026. The building group comes from that address field.

The labels Recruiter and Executive search firm repeat the directory categories. Ask the business to describe the proposed work in writing. A category cannot confirm the legal entity, current office, placement type, sector coverage, or engagement terms.

Hong Kong employment agencies need a licence or Certificate of Exemption before undertaking job-placement business. The Labour Department tells employers and job seekers to check the current record before using an agency (Employment Agencies Portal).

Search the legal name from the proposal or service agreement. The official form accepts English and Chinese names, English and Chinese addresses, email addresses, fax numbers, and telephone numbers. Compare the returned identity with the proposal and the profile.

Complete one card for each candidate:

Identity fieldEntry to retain

Contracting partyLegal name on the proposal or agreement
Official resultEnglish and Chinese names, address, placement type, and result date
Name comparisonExact match or written explanation of the difference
Address comparisonExact match or written explanation of the difference
ContactPerson who confirmed the proposal and office details

Do not merge two names because they share a building, telephone number, domain, or brand. Ask the agency to identify the contracting entity and explain each mismatch in writing.

Complete an appointment-check card

A directory address gives you a lead for planning. Ask the agency to confirm the current building, tower, floor, suite, visitor procedure, and appointment contact. Record the date and the name of the person who answered.

Use the MTR station map and layout for the transport side of the visit. Ask the agency for its route from the station. This page gives no walking time or station-exit instruction.

An unanswered field stays unresolved. Confirm it before travelling rather than filling it from an older profile.

Compare written terms

The Labour Department advises employers to agree service coverage, itemised fees, reporting dates where relevant, and refund or exchange terms before payment. It also recommends a service agreement signed by both parties (Employment Agencies Portal).

Ask each agency for the same fields:

Comparison fieldWritten answer to collect
Hiring mandateRole family, seniority, employment type, work location, and start target
Agency workSourcing, screening, interview coordination, checks, and reporting
Candidate handlingWho contacts candidates and when information goes to the employer
Commercial termsPayer, amount or basis, payment trigger, invoice date, and included work
RemedyReplacement or refund condition, time window, and exclusions
Contract identityLegal entity, signatory, address, and payment recipient

Keep employer terms separate from candidate charges. The prescribed job-seeker commission is no more than 10% of first-month wages after successful placement. The Labour Department says the agency cannot collect another job-placement fee or expense and tells the job seeker to obtain a receipt (official guidance).

Ask before sending a CV

The PCPD code says an employer that engages an employment agency to solicit applicant data thereby collects that data. It identifies the data purpose, transferee classes, whether provision is optional or obligatory, and access and correction rights as notice topics. It also applies retention-purpose and secure-access requirements to an agency that holds data supplied by job seekers (Code of Practice on Human Resource Management).

Ask the agency these questions before sending a CV or another candidate document:

Data questionAnswer to collect
PurposeWhich role or search will use the document?
RecipientWhich employer or recipient classes may receive it?
ChoiceWhich fields are optional, and what happens if the candidate omits them?
RetentionHow long will the agency keep the document and for which purpose?
AccessWhich staff roles may access it?
CorrectionWhich contact handles access and correction requests?
Further useWill the agency seek consent before using it for another role or recipient?

Keep the notice or written answer with the version of the CV that you sent. A privacy-page link alone does not answer the role, recipient, retention, and correction questions for a specific submission.

Common questions

Does this page rank the eight directory profiles?

No. The table groups profiles by building name from their displayed address fields and then by profile name. It uses no rating, review count, placement result, fee, or recommendation score.

How does this guide define the Admiralty area?

Each included profile showed an address containing Admiralty or Queensway on 22 July 2026. The Labour Department form also provides Admiralty/Queensway as a location filter. The guide makes no radius or walking-time claim.

Which official filters can I use for office recruitment?

Select Office Staff / Executive Search under Placement Type and Admiralty/Queensway under Location in the Labour Department search. Add a business name or address when checking a proposal.

Does an Admiralty address confirm a valid agency licence?

No. An address helps match the business identity. Check the legal name and address in the official agency search and ask the agency to explain a mismatch before using its service.

How much may an agency charge a job seeker?

The prescribed commission is no more than 10% of first-month wages after successful placement. The Labour Department says no other job-placement fee or expense may be charged and advises the job seeker to obtain a receipt (official guidance).

Does the directory category prove sector expertise?

No. The category records how the profile appears in the directory. Ask for a written explanation of the proposed search work, named team, role coverage, and evidence relevant to your mandate.

What should I confirm before visiting an office?

Confirm the building, tower, floor, suite, business name at reception, meeting host, visitor procedure, and route supplied by the agency. Record who confirmed the details and when.

What should I ask before sending a CV?

Ask for the purpose, recipient classes, optional fields, retention period, access controls, and correction contact. The PCPD code gives the source points for those questions.
