Founded in 2013, HKQTMA is the only government-recognised public interest organisation in Hong Kong dedicated to Quality Migrant and Talent Pass visa holders. It hosts the annual Hong Kong International Talent Summit (now in its 4th edition) and runs working groups across finance, tech, and other sectors. Strategic partners include mainland provincial talent groups and HK banks.
